Armando Santiago, 35, of Des Plaines man was charged with aggravated DUI last week after a five-car collision near Golf Read and Overlook Drive, according to the Glenview Announcements.
Santiago was hospitalized and in critical condition after he drove into oncoming traffic, hit a driver who hit another driver, and then Santiago hit two more cars, the Glenview Announcements reports.
