Leaving the scene of an accident

Moises Olmos-Medina, 52, of Northfield, was charged Dec. 23 at 1:25 p.m. with no valid driver’s license, leaving the scene of an accident and disobeying a red light after an investigation of a hit and run crash occurring at East Lake Avenue and Waukegan Road on Dec. 22. Olmos-Medina posted a $1500 “D” bond and was assigned a court date of Jan. 24

Retail theft

George Ishmail 19, of Niles, was charged Dec. 23 at 8 p.m. with retail theft after a theft investigation in the 1900 block of Tower Drive. He posted a $1000 “D” bond and assigned a court date of Jan. 14.

Delivery of cannabis

Spiros Ibrem, 22, of Skokie, was charged Dec. 23 at 8:30 p.m. with delivery of cannabis after a retail theft investigation in the 1900 block of Tower Drive. He posted a $1000.00 “D” bond and assigned a court date of Feb. 21.

Suspended driving

On Dec. 24 at 11:04 am in the 3700 block of Winnetka Road, officers arrested Husnah Mazhar, 35, of Skokie, for driving while driving privilege revoked, operating uninsured vehicle, disobeying a stop sign, and failure to yield to emergency vehicle. Mazhar was released on $2000 D bond and assigned at Jan. 9 court date.
