Glenview Trustees Uphold Landlord Renting Rights
Glenview landlords have the option to decline Section 8 renters from their property.
Glenview trustees recently approved an ordinance to give landlords the discretion to decline low-income Section 8 housing tenants from renting, according to the Glenview Announcements.
Village officials might invite invite renters and landlords to a public input session in the future, to measure their response to the ordinance, the Glenview Announcements reports.
